    JD Global's part-time District Directors are quasi-partners and professional motivators who recruit and lead a team of dedicated part-time tutors / teachers, and who also recruit eligible students at no cost to the parent or student, as part of providing the Supplemental Educational Service (SES) in Reading, Math and Science to the students anywhere in Florida.

    Successful candidates will have the ability to actively recruit students from multiple schools in one of the school districts in Florida and to secure contracts from schools to provide tutorial services. They will oversee all aspects of each contract they secure. They will provide regular updates on revenue / cost recognition, and other pertinent information to the Vice President of Business Development located in North Port, FL. In turn, District Directors, as quasi-partners, are compensated handsomely with a profit-cost-liability sharing package.

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Meet monthly / yearly revenue, expense, operations, and marketing goals at your district.
    • Manage all District SES activities and their quality; conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings with tutors to discuss action plans and resolve any issues.
    • Maintain all student records -- performance and instructional information; regularly review each student's instructional program to ensure quality and effectiveness.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with school stakeholders and with parents; prepare for and conduct professional contacts within the local school and business community; attend all required meetings in the district.
    • Market and promote JD Global’s brand and services on a formal basis and at the grass roots level

    Requirements Include:

    • Experience in sales or related field -- Education, Sales, Management, etc
    • Efficiently enroll students in our tutoring program
    • Direct communicator, strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, effective organization and follow-up skills, and great problem-solving ability
    • High energy level, strong sense of urgency, and evening, weekend, holidays, or 24/7 availability a must
    • A strong passion to make a difference in a student’s life and great sense of responsibility for students’ safety
    • A clean criminal record, to include a local criminal records check, a state criminal records check, a multi-jurisdictional criminal records check and registered sex offender check.
    • Strong work ethic and persistence in pursuing contracts with potential customers
    • Proper reporting of program data to the customer as well as to JD Global officials
    • Ability to manage program logistics with limited oversight (ordering books, other necessary materials, etc)
